This study aims to examine, analyze, and determine relationship of psychological climate to employee commitment, OCB and job satisfaction. Research subjects in the employees of the Office of the Directorate General of Taxation II Surakarta, Central Java. Through this research are expected to explain the variables associated with employee performance. Based on the objectives to be achieved, this research is population / census. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of the Directorate General of Taxation II Surakarta, Central Java, as many as 105 respondents. Testing hypotheses using SEM 16.0. The results showed that the psychological climate have significant positive impact on OCB, psychological climate have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) have a significant positive impact on employee performance and job satisfaction have a significant positive impact on employee performance.
