Pengadaan Bahan Pustaka Buku di Perpustakaan Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta

College library work is taking place in the library of Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta Purpose of this library work studyis to investigate the procurement procedures of library materials, knowing the constraints in procurement activities and find out the solution of the constraint faced. College library work was carried out to fulfill the thesis DIII library faculty of social science and political science in Sebelas Maret University 2013. Working class library was held on 11 February to 11 April. In this thesis the writer uses the interview method of data collection methods, methods of documentations, as well the methods of media analysis. Focus a thesis on the task of procurement library materials books. In procurement of library materials, there are two activities undertaken include the first collections of the data plan, the data user ratio and books, publishers of the data agency. The second is the concept of procurement which includes the selection of library materials, the selection means and methods of procurement. Barriers experienced in Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta Library include the collections are still lacking, the process of receiving not goods timely, the book is sometimes not received in accordance with the order and the proposal has not been able to run continuously. That the procurement of library books in Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta Libraries to be better that carried out good cooperation with agencies, coordination with faculty and work with mohre than one agent.
