Analisis potensi penerimaan retribusi perdagangan kaki lima di Kota Surakarta

The problem discussed in this research is about the Analysis of Sidewalk Trader Tax Potention Located in Surakarta. In connection with the problem, some assumptions will be proposed about how much the tax potention of sidewalk trader which is able to give significant potention to increase the income of the area. In compliance with the problem, the research will be done by using non-participative method by getting the primary data resource from Management Office of Sidewalk Trader and also the secondary data from Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Surakarta. The research’s result indicate that the target establisment must be lower than the potention, if the target maintained higher than the potention, there will be imbalance between outcome and income. Of the evidence above, there is conclusion that the tax given in form of sidewalk trader tax is good/big enough. It can be seen from the potention development and the target of tax income year after year. Based on the findings some suggestions will be proposed that it is will better for the government in Surakarta to put the Local Regulation into effect about the tax establishment for sidewalk trader immediately for about Rp100,00/m because up to now there is still occurred confusion on retribution tax and the government of Surakarta have to take measure sidewalk traders who are headstrong.
