Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (Umkm) Industri Pengolahan Di Kota Tegal

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education levels, bussines duration, labor force, and capital on the income level of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tegal city. The type of data used is primary data collected from research in the field. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling by taking a sample of 94 respondents out of a total of micro, small and medium manufacturing industries spread across the city of Tegal. the econometric model used is a regression model with the method of Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the level of education, bussines duration, labor force, and capital variable can explain the variation in the income of SMEs by 95.38%, while 4.62% is not explained in the model. Results show that the level of education, bussines duration, labor force, and capital variable have a significant effect on the level of income earned by the SMEs. Of all the independent variables, the variable of capital is the most dominant variable on the income level of SMEs. t test and F test result with a = 10%, the effect is variable level of education, bussines duration, labor force, and capital, while the F-test indicates that the variable capital, labor force, long effort, and level of education collectively influence the income level of the manufacturing SMEs in Tegal City. The test results show a correlation coefficient of variable capital is the most dominant variable affecting the income level of manufacturing SMEs in Tegal City. The department of Cooperatives and SMEs Tegal shall created a special program which the mental SMEs to invest funds in investment, motivated shall increase socialization of Tegal Bisnis program without waiting for requests from SMEs, and shall support SMEs independence by removing from the foster father after being unable to compete. This research can be developed further by adding independent variables such as marketing, training, and partnerships, as well as adding samples.
