Communication Channels In Bis Production Event Organizer

This final project is written based on the job training as a public relations officer at BIS Production in Srigunting V number 14, Gremet, Manahan, Solo. This final project report discusses communication channels in Bis Production Event Organizer. I observed, conducted interviewing and taking note, and helping Public Relation practitioner in finishing the jobs, like documentations, making proposals, and greeting the guest from the clients. I collected information for completing the final project. The objectives of this report are to evaluate the communication channels in Bis Production Event Organizer and to propose the improvement in the existing communication channels in Bis Production Event Organizer which are welcoming clients and using internet. Welcoming client in Bis Pro is effective, it can see from indicator that several clients that using Bis Pro servises is satisfy and still using Bis Pro to organize their event. But internet is not effective, because Bis Pro not maimally in using internet. Bis Pro just uses website and blog. On the part of welcoming clients the writer propose to give the parcel or special price for loyal clients. On part of internet the writer propose to improve in using internet such as website, blog, twitter, and facebook. Hopefully, this final project report can be a reference for the Publict Relations Division of Bis Production Event Organizer to increase their quality to do its jobs.
