Analisis Dampak Calo Terhadap Sistem Pembayaran Wajib Pajak Di Samsat Karanganyar

The aim of this study is to find out the procedure of tax paying service of motor vehicles in SAMSAT karanganyar, the background of the emergence of scalpers in SAMSAT Karanganyar, and to find out the effect of scalpers to the Taxpayer paying system in SAMSAT Karanganyar. This study was carried out by using qualitative descriptive method, a method that aimed to describe to the readers and revealed an issue, situation, or event actually or revealed a fact deeply on the taxpayer’s perception to the services given by SAMSAT Karanganyar. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the scalper practice still often happened in SAMSAT Karanganyar. This practice emerged because of the not urgent of the tax deadline and the weak control of SAMSAT Karanganyar. The Scalpers gave some effects to the paying system of the Motor Vehicles Tax in SAMSAT Karanganyar. The writer gives some suggestion that the Taxpayers should serve themselves and should not be influenced by the scalpers’ persuasion, and the SAMSAT side should often carry out some socialization to the society on the paying order of Motor Vehicles Tax
