A Model Of Customer Preference To Islamic Bank (Study Of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Surakarta)

This study aims to examine the influence of perceived of religious value, service quality, attractiveness, financial security, and profitability on customer preference in Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch Surakarta. The study samples consist of 100 respondents who are selected purposively. Sample selection is based on respondent who prefer Bank Muamalat Indonesia compared to other banks. Regression analysis with Eviews is used to analyze direct influence on variables in this study. The accuracy of the data is obtained of the validity and reliability test. The Results of the tests explaine that the perceived of religious value, attractiveness, and profitability have significantly effect on customer preference. The discussions in this study have implications for marketers in formulating campaign strategy and opportunities for future research.
