Pengaruh Faktor Kebijakan, Kelembagaan Dan Fisik Kawasan Terhadap Karakter Aktivitas Alun-Alun Selatan Yogyakarta

Alun-alun di Pulau Jawa merupakan salah satu bagian pusat kota yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai pusat kemasyarakatan dan pusat pemerintahan. Selain itu, alun-alun juga berfungsi untuk kegiatan komersial serta aktivitas sosial-budaya. Terdapat hubungan antara kebijakan, lembaga yang mempengaruhi bentuk fisik guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam beraktivitas. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka “bagaimana pengaruh kebijakan, kelembagaan, serta fisik dalam membentuk karakter aktivitas yang ada di alun-alun selatan yogyakarata”. Sehingga dapat menemukenali pengaruh masing-masing aspek dalam membentuk karakteristik aktivitas yang berkembang di Alun-alun Selatan Yogyakrata. Melalui analisis pengaruh kebijakan terhadap karakter aktivitas, analisis pengaruh kelembagaan terhadap karakter aktivitas, serta analisis pengaruh fisik terhadap karakter aktivitas. Sehingga hasilnya diketahui bahwa kebijakan yang lebih teknis berupa hasil kesepakatan bersama yang mempengaruhi karakter aktivitas. Lembaga yang di atur dalam kebijakan hasil kesepakatan itu pula yang mempengaruhi aktivitas. Selain itu, kebijakan yang berkarakter jangka panjang, mempengaruhi bentuk fisik. Dan bentuk fisik tersebut yang berpengaruh terhadap karakter aktivitas yang terbentuk di Alun-Alun Selatan Yogyakarta. So the result is known that the more technical policy in the form of mutual agreement affecting the character of the activity.
