The purpose of this research is to determine whether the procurement of computer systems by using the method of direct appointment in the Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Sukoharjo are in accordance with Perpres No. 70 Tahun 2012 or not. In this study the authors evaluate the implementation of the procurement system of the computer / PC on DPPKAD Sukoharjo district. From the results of these evaluations the authors can conclude that the procurement procedure computer / pc at Sukoharjo DPPKAD basically already in accordance with the Perpres No. 70 tahun 2012. But in practice, the authors find that weakness during the announcement of the appointment of appointment of providers, procurement committee just announced in LPSE(Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik) via the web DPPKAD Sukoharjo. From these findings the authors should be able to give advice that the procurement committee also announced appointment providers not only in LPSE alone but also be announced on announcement board of public society.
