Rainfall is amount of rain that fell on an area within a specified time. Average of rainfall in Indonesia is different for each year depending on the state of geographical territory. Rainfall measurement becomes important in several regionsonCentral Java, one of them is Sukoharjo Regency. It is because the area of health, agriculture and livestock in Sukoharjo be affected by rainfall. The rainfallstations are built forrainfall data collectionand the determination of rainfall patterns over time. However, the capture of rainfall data occasionally undergoes some technical problems at some time and then causes the rainfall data collection be incomplete. The aim of this research isto predict the incomplete rainfall data. The research was conducted on monthly rainfall data from 2004 to 2009 in Sukoharjo Regency. One of the methods that can be used to predict the incomplete rainfall data is Ordinary Kriging method with its semivariogram. Estimation on this method is the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE). Based on the research, semivariogram patterns polynomials with coefficient of determination (R2) ranged from 49.39% to 99.51% is obtained. However, validation of the model results an estimation value that relatively deviates from the actual value. It is caused by the diversity of rainfall data whose value is different for each rainfall station.
