Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Pt Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Dan Pt Bank Syariah Mandiri

The purpose of this reseach is to investigate and prove empirically the differences between the financial performance of PT. Bank Muamalat Tbk and PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia during the period 2012. This study is a descriptive study. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of companies that obtained from published financial statements at www.bi.go.id sites as well as from the official website of each bank. Data analysis was performed using financial ratio analysis of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), KAP (Earning Assets Quality), ROA (Return on Asset) dan ROE (Return on Equity). The result shows that there were significant differences for the ratio of CAR and ROE. While the ratio of KAP and ROA there were no significant difference. PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk performance was better in terms of KAP and ROE, while PT Bank Syariah Mandiri financial performance was better in terms of the CAR and ROA.
