The purpose of this research is to know and evaluate system of giving KPR platinum that’s applied to the PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Surakarta branch office.The step of this research is done by comparing the theory with actual practice in the field between implementation the system of giving KPR platinum that’s applied to the PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Surakarta branch office with a standard operating procedure giving KPR from bank Indonesia.The result of research on giving KPR platinum that’s applied to the PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Surakarta branch office isconsisting of credit application procedure, credit application decision procedure and credit realization procedure, the overall were in accordance with the standard operating procedure of bank Indonesia although there are few flaws that is a document which are not numbered series of printed and not made double.Based on the result of research, the researcher give some suggestion to set the system automatically give a serial number printed on every document used and document should be made double.
