Perancangan simulator modul distribusi dengan teknologi RFID pada skala laboratorium

Laboratory of Logistic System&Business, Industrial Engineering Departement, Sebelas Maret University is facility functioning to support the Logistic System course teaching, which one material of which discussed is distribution system.That for needs a visual aids as course pratice teaching to industrial engineering students, in order that can expand understanding students about distribution system concept and RFId application. In representing maked a module which completed with scenario and represent concept distribution system, and needed simulator. Simulator used distribution model with scenario is maked to draw distribution system from retailer until manufacture with RFId techonology in laboratory scale. In this final project is conducted by determining basic model to design physical model of distribution path as well as scenario as basis of subsequent step. It countinued by the system designing use Data Flow Diagram (DFD) to develop a distribution information system using RFId to support the scenario designed in the previous stage. In database design stage, the normalization is conducted to obtain the normal tables, and then the user interface model was designed. In the next step, the program codes are made to develop the application program. Finally, the learning module is prepared according to the model and scenario made. In designing the system, it is obtained four main activities constituting a general overview of distribution information system designed and eight normal tables are obtained in database design. From the result of information system design using RFId technology, input constituting the forms for login, supply, retailer, driver, purchase order, stock, order mail, manufacture letter data and output constituting purchase order, in-stock letter, order mail report, and distributor letter. From the result of learning module preparation, 2 learning module plans are obtained: learning module plan about the merchandise order from the retailer to distributor and the merchandise order from distributor to the manufacturer and merchandise delivery from distributor to the retailer. From the validation result on functions in the application, it is obtained that the functions tested are valid and working properly.
