Customer Satisaction On The Services Provided By Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital

This final project is written based on the job training as Public Relations officer at Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital in A. Yani street , Pabelan, Kartasura, Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. This final project report discusses customer satisfaction in Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital. Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital is known as Ortopedi hospital. In Otopedi hospital, I am in Public Relations division. There I did many kinds activities related with the Public Relations activities. I sent Short Message Service (SMS) to employees, made analysis report, became customer service, clipped newspapers, took pictures in event, made proposals, distributed questionnaires, interviewed with the customers, made press releases, and the last is answered e-mails and complaint messages. The objectives of this final project report are to identify customers’ satisfaction on the services provided by Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital and to explain the efforts to increase customers’ satisfaction which are done by Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital. Based on the data which I have collected, the customers are satisfied on the services provided by Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital. The efforts which are to be done by Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital to increase customer satisfaction are customer service, customer voice number, electronic mail, facebook, duty manager activity, questionnaire, the last is capacity building. Hopefully, this final project report can be a reference for the Public Relations Division of Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital to increase the customers’ satisfaction in proving services.
