Analisa Sistem Pengadaan Persediaan Spare-Parts Secara Kredit Pada Rosalia Engineering

The purpose of this research is to analysis how the system of procurement of spare-parts inventory credit on Rosalia Engineering. The authors found the advantages and disadvantages of the system of procurement of spare-parts inventory credit on Rosalia Engineering. This research used several methods such as interviews with relevant employees, looking for data related to the procurement of inventory, and search for relevant theories in the library. The results of this research indicate if there are advantages and disadvantages of credit inventory procurement system performed Rosalia Engineering. Advantages are existing authorization of the relevant parties if necessary, documents are printed with a serial number so that nothing is printed double, procurement and distribution of relevant documents has been going well. While the weakness is still part of receipt of goods carried by the warehouse that should be a clear separation of functions between the two sections to minimize the occurrence of fraud such as theft of inventory, inventories deliberate recording errors, etc.
