Pengaruh efikasi diri dan kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan terhadap niat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun 2014

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap niat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun 2014 (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan terhadap niat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun 2014 (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara efikasi diri dan kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan secara simultan terhadap niat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun 2014. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuota sampling, proporsional sampling dan convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel 82 responden. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari jawaban responden melalui kuesioer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan dokumentasi. Validasi data dilakukan melalui hasil try out pada 30 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif antara variabel efikasi diri terhadap variabel niat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun 2014. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji t dengan diperoleh nilai probabilitas variabel efikasi diri sebesar 0,000. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif antara variabel kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan terhadap variabel niat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun 2014. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji t dengan diperoleh nilai probabilitas variabel kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan 0,046 (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif antara variabel efikasi diri dan kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan secara simultan terhadap variabel niat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun 2014. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji F diperoleh nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Kata Kunci: efikasi diri, kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan, niat berwirausaha The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the effects selfefficacy against the entrepreneurial intention of students class XII vocational high school 1 Karanganyar year 2014, (2) the effect adversity intelligence against the entrepreneurial intention of students class XII vocational high school 1 Karanganyar year 2014, and (3) the effect of simultaneously between self-efficacy and adversity intelligence against the entrepreneurial intention of students class XII vocational high school 1 Karanganyar year 2014. The research method used descriptive quantitative method. Populations used as subjects in this research are the students class XII of vocational high school 1 Karanganyar year 2014. The sample is taken with the quota sampling, proportional sampling and convenience sampling with the number of samples 82 respondents. The data collecting technique used in this research is questionnaire technique with likert scale and documentation. Validation data carried out through the try out on 30 of respondents. The data analysis technique used the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this research can be concluded that (1) There is a significant positive influence between variable self-efficacy in partial against the entrepreneurial intention of students class XII vocational high school 1 Karanganyar year 2014. It is proven by the t test results that obtained probability value of 0,000. (2) There is a significant positive influence between variable adversity intelligence in partial against the entrepreneurial intention of students class XII vocational high school 1 Karanganyar year 2014. It is proven by the t test results that obtained probability value of 0,046. (3) There is a significant positive influence between the variables self-efficacy and adversity intelligence simultaneously against the entrepreneurial intention of students class XII vocational high school 1 Karanganyar year 2014.
