The Analysis Of Risk Management In Construction Project At Ros-In Hotel Yogyakarta

The study took a sample of employees of Rosalia Indah Company. The sample in this study was 30 employees, with data collection using questionnaires and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques are used to test the Chi-Square analysis. In this study, researchers used an easier way is to use a tool SPSS Windows version. The conclusion of this study are 1) The factors of risk management in the Ros-In Hotel construction projects related to Physical, Design Phase and Construction Phase in this study, researchers used risk management factors on the risk of low, medium and high. To the value of each factor of risk management is 1-3.66 for a low risk factor, 3.67-6.34 for medium risk factors and high risk factor 6.37-9; 2) In this study three research variables which include Physical, Design Phase and Construction Phase show a more dominant factor is the risk of medium, with values between 3.67-6.34; 3) The analysis showed that there is a common ground of the three areas of work (Manager, Engineer, and Supervisor), based on the results of analysis using Chi-Square acquired a significance value of each 0.826; 0.758; and 0.412 is greater than 0.05, which indicates that there is a shared understanding of the three fields to the dominant factor that risk-taking is in the implementation of construction projects Ros-in-hotel.
