ABSTRACT
Capacity building is a series of strategies aimed at institutional strengthening in order to improve performance by focusing on improving the quality of human resources. Governance approach is collaboration, partnership and networking among elements of the state, the private sector, and civil society. Capacity building approach is intended to improve the capacity of the current Integrated Service Post (Posyandu), whereas governance approach is intended to achieve a partnership between the Integrated Service Post (Posyandu), the government (health centers / rural), and the private sector (companies).
