Layanan kesehatan merupakan bagian dari UKS untuk menjamin anak-anak atau peserta didik dapat tumbuh dan berkembang baik jasmani dan rohani. Keberhasilan pembinaan dan pengembangan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah pada akhirnya akan terlihat/tercermin pada perilaku hidup sehat dan derajat kesehatan peserta didik, dan ini merupakan dampak dari apa yang diharapkan dari keseluruhan pola pembinaan dan pengembangan UKS.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan siswa dan perilaku hidup bersih sehat dilingkungan sekolah dengan tercapainya program kegiatan UKS pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP 3 Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta. Metode dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non eksperimen yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Responden dalam penelitian adalah siswa SMP 3 Pandak kelas VIII C dan D sejumlah 54 siswa. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner, cheklish, dan lembar observasi. Analisis ini menggunakan uji korelasi regresi linear berganda.
Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa, terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan siswa terhadap partisipasi siswa dan koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,286, terdapat hubungan antara perilaku shisup bersih sehat dan partisipasi siswa koefisien korelasinya 0,130, dan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan siswa dan perilaku hidup bersih sehat dengan partisipasi siswa dalam program kegiatan UKS yaitu dengan pengujian F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 9,871>3, 179.
Health servive is a parth of the uks to enable the student’s to get physical and spiritual growth. The success of establising and developing uks will finally appear in the haelthy behaviour and the health improvement of the students. This is the effect of the esthablising and developing UKS.
The resesarch is to know the relationship between the student’s knowledge and behaviour of clean and healthy life in the school environtment and the achievement of activities program of uks of the VIII grade student of Smp 3 Pandak. The method of this research is a non experiment research with cross sectional design. The respondents of the reseach are the student of VIII of SMP 3 Pandak The respondent consist of 54 student, the tools of the data gathering are questionaire, cheklish and observation shett. The analysis corelation is the multiple linear regretion test.
The resulth of the research is used to show that relationship between the student’s knowledge the student’s partisipation and the index corelations is 0,286. There is relationship between the student’s clean and healthy behaviour and the students participation with the index of correlation is 0,130, there is also relationship between student’s knowledge and clean and healthy behavior and the student’s participation in the program of activities of the UKS with the “F” counting test is bigger than “F” table that is 9,871>3,179
