ABSTRACT
Adolescent reproductive health program is a program administered by the Government of the province of Yogyakarta has the objective to improve the knowledge of related information about adolescent reproductive health of teenagers. This research aims to know the successful achievement of the objectives of the programme of reproductive health of teenagers using two indicators: first, the decline in the number of early-age marriage and secondly, increase in knowledge related to adolescent reproductive health.
Type of this research is a descriptive qualitative impact evaluation. The data source of this research is predicated on the results of the interviews and document study. Research on data collecting techniques it uses three kinds of methods of data collection, it is observation, interviews, and documentation. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling technique. To test the validity of data, in the research of testing technique using triangulation of the data. Technique of data analysis in this study uses the interactive analysis techniques that use reduction data, data presentation, and the withdrawal of the conclusion.
The research shows that the purpose of the implementation of adolescent reproductive health program had achieved quite well. The first indicator shows that there are some areas in Yogyakarta which suffered a decline in the number of cases. Of the five territories existed, at least two areas which showed a decrease in the number of cases from year to year. Second indicator of the program indicates that an increase in knowledge related to teen pregnancy and teen age pregnancy hazards, an increase in knowledge about the sexually transmitted diseases, as well as an increase in knowledge about HIV/AIDS. Overall, the impact of the programs have achieved quite well.
