ABSTRAK
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas perangkat pembelajaran berwawasan etika lingkungan di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima dan SMP Negeri 1 Monta.(2) Untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran berwawasan etika lingkungan pada siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima dan SMP Negeri 1 Monta. (3) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar pendidikan lingkungan hidup pada siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima dan SMP Negeri 1 Monta.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan geografi. Dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima dan SMP Negeri 1 Monta. Sumber data hasil belajar, wawancara, observasi, pengamatan, dan menganalisis hasil belajar siswa. Metode pengumpulan data triangulasi berupa gabungan antara wawancara, observasi langsung, wawancara dilakukan dengan guru, dengan siswa dan kepala sekolah. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, Penarikan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Kualitas perangkat pembelajaran berwawasan etika lingkungan di SMPN 1 Kota Bima dan SMP Negeri 1 Monta sama-sama menggunakan silabus monolitik yang khusus mengarah pada lingkungan hidup, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima memiliki sarana atau vasilitas serta sumber belajar terutama internet, DVD, LCD dan mendia lainnya yang sangat mendukung dalam proses mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran, sedangkan SMP Negeri 1 Monta perangkat pembelajaran terutama pada sarana atau vasilitas dan sumber belajar seperti internet, DVD, LCD masih kurang. (2) Proses Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berwawasan etika lingkungan di SMP Negeri 1 kota Bima cukup efektif di laksanakan sesuai dengan jadwal yang cukup efektif, setiap ada tugas siswa langsung menggunakan internet dalam pencarian jawaban karena didukung oleh sarana atau fasilitas yang sangat mendukung, sedangkan SMP Negeri 1 Monta proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran berwawasan etika lingkungan belum begitu efektif disebabkan keterbatasan sarana atau vasilitas serta sumber belajar yang mendukung. (3)Hasil belajara pendidikan lingkungan hidup (PLH) siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima yang proses pembelajaran berwawasan etika lingkungan hasil belajar dari aspek kognitif sangat baik, aspek afektif baik dan aspek psikomotor sangat baik, sedangkan hasil belajar pendidikan lingkungan hidup siswa SMP Negeri 1 Monta hasil belajar dari aspek kognitif baik, aspek afektif cukup baik dan aspek psikomotor baik.

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the environmental ethic-based learning instrument quality at State Junior Secondary School 1 of Bima City and State Junior Secondary School 1 of Monta; (2) the process of environmental ethic-based learning implementation at State Junior Secondary School 1 of Bima City and State Junior Secondary School 1 of Monta; and (3) the learning result in environmental education of the students of State Junior Secondary 1 of Bima City and State Junior Secondary School 1 of Monta.
This research qualitative approach with geography. It was conducted at State Junior Secondary School 1 of Bima City and State Junior Secondary School 1 of Monta. The data sources of research were the principals, teachers, and students of the two schools. The data of research were gathered through in-depth interview, direct observation, and archives. They were analyzed by using the interactive model of analysis comprising four components, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
The results of research are as follows: 1) The environmental ethic-based learning at both State Junior Secondary School 1 of Bima City and State Junior Secondary School 1 of Monta uses a monolithic syllabus, which is specifically directed to environment. The plan of learning implementation at State Junior Secondary 1 of Bima City utilizes facilities and learning resources such as internet, DVD, LCD, and others which very much support the process of learning instrument development, whereas that of learning implementation at State Junior Secondary 1 of Monta rarely utilizes such facilities learning resources. 2) The process of the environmental ethic-based learning at State Junior Secondary School 1 of Bima City is fairly effective, which is done in compliance with the adequately effective timetable. Every time its students are assigned a task, they use internet to accomplish it due to the available facilities, whereas that of the environmental ethic-based learning at State Junior Secondary School 1 of Monta is not so effective due to its lack of such supporting facilities. 3) The learning results in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of the students of State Junior Secondary School 1 of Bima City belong to very good, good, and very good categories respectively. Meanwhile, those of the students of State Junior Secondary School 1 of Monta belong to good, fairly good, and good categories respectively.
