Upaya Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa dan Ketuntasan Belajar Siswa pada Pokok Bahasan Aritmatika Sosial Melalui Penerapanmodel Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Headstogether (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada Siswa Kelas VIIA SMP Muhammadiyah 04

ABSTRAK
Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together), kemandirian belajar siswa dan ketuntasan belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan aritmatika sosial di kelas VIIA SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sambi Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2013/ 2014 dapat ditingkatkan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dan guru mata pelajaran matematika kelas VIIA serta dalam setiap pertemuannya dibantu oleh tiga pengamat. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIA SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sambi Boyolali yang terdiri dari 32 siswa dengan kemampuan yang heterogen. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui observasi dan tes kuis di setiap pertemuan.
Pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together)meliputi pemberian nomor (numbering), pemberian pertanyaan (questioning), diskusi (heads together), menentukan nomor tertentu untuk presentasi, presentasi dan pembahasan (answering), penarikan kesimpulan, mengerjakan soal kuis, penugasan serta persiapan materi berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator kemandirian belajar(1) kegiatan siswa dalam mengajukan pertanyaan kepada guru atau teman prasiklus 9.375%, siklus I 71.875% dan siklus II 71.875%(2) mengikuti pembelajaran dengan antusias prasiklus 31.25%, siklus I 65.625% dan siklus II 78.125% (3) menjawab pertanyaan guru atau teman prasiklus 21.875%, siklus I 59.375% dan siklus II 71.875% (4) mengerjakan soal kuis dengan mandiri prasiklus 21.875%, siklus I 53.125% dan siklus II 71.875%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa prasiklus sebanyak 3.125%, siklus I 50% dan siklus II 62.5%. Siklus dihentikan di siklus II karena indikator keberhasilan penelitian sudah tercapai. Dari data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together) dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa dan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam pokok bahasan aritmatika sosial di kelas VIIA SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sambi Boyolali.

ABSTRACT
This classroom action research hasaim to understand whether the application of NHT(NumberedHeadsTogether)  type cooperative learning model  can improve student’sautonomous learning and student’s studying completeness of social arithmetic through application of in VII A grade of SMP Muhammadiyah 04, SambiBoyolali at academic year 2013/2014.
This reseach is a classroom action research which has been done by both researcher and  math teacher of VII A grade and supported by three observers in every meeting. Subject of the research is students of VII A grade in SMP Muhammadiyah 04, SambiBoyolali whom consist of 32 students with heterogeneous ability. The reseach was done by two cycles, every cycle consist of two meetings. Data collection technique was done by observation and quizzes in every meeting.
Learning activities withcooperative learning of NHT (Numbered Heads Together) was included giving numbers, giving questions, discussion, determining current numbers for presentation, presentation and explanation, taking conclusion, answering quizz questions, giving assignments and preparing next lesson. The result of this research showed that indicators of student’sautonomous learning (1) student activity in asking question to teacher or classmates in pre cycle is 9.375%, cycle I 71.875% and cycle II 71,875% (2) anthusiasm in joining the class learning in pre cycle is 31.25%, cycle I 65.625% and cycle II 78.125% (3) activity student in answering question from teacher or classmates in pre cycle is 21.875%, cycle I 59.375% and cycle II 71.875% (4) answering quizzes by themselves in pre cycle is 21.875%, cycle I 53.125% and cycle II 71.875%. The result showed that student’s studying completeness in pre cycle 3.125%, cycle I 50% and cycle II 62,50%. Cycles stopped in cycle II because the research target is achieved. The data showed that applicationofNHT(Numbered HeadsTogether)type cooperative learning model can improve student’s  autonomous learning and student’s studying completeness of social arithmetic lesson in VII A grade of SMP Muhammadiyah 04, SambiBoyolali.
