ABSTRACT
This final project was written based on the jobtraining which at PMI Kota Surakarta from 3 October 2013 to 2 November 2013. The objectives are to describe web communication carried out by PMI Kota Surakarta and to identofy problems faced by PMI Kota Surakarta and also to propose solutions to the problems.
During the job training, i did observation on the web communication used by PMI Kota Surakarta. I also took part in work the web communication out. i made use of web communications of PMI Kota Surakarta. The web Communications are website, hold a socialization, and also social media.
By the job training done, I got result that there are some problems in using web communication by PMI Kota Surakarta. The problems are the connectivity errors between PMI Kota Surakarta and PMI Headquarter, and the internet abuse done by PMI Kota Surakarta’s staff. Those problems can be overcome by turning the wi-fi router off, calling the Headquarter of PMI directly to crosscheck the problem, and disabling the internet connection.
