ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep organ pencernaan manusia siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Doho, Girimarto Wonogiri dengan mengubah strategi pembelajaran.
Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Doho Girimarto Wonogiri yang berjumlah 13 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah hasil observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Milles Huberman dimulai dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep organ pencernaan manusia pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Doho, Girimarto, Wonogiri tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Peningkatan ini karena siswa terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Sebelum tindakan pencapaian penguasaan konsep siswa berdasarkan rata-rata pra tindakan pencapaian siswa 57,31 rata-rata penguasaan konsep siswa setelah tindakan berdasarkan hasil tes siswa pada siklus I 67,88, rata-rata penguasaan konsep siswa siklus II mencapai 78,46. Persentase pencapaian KKM (> 65) pada pra tindakan 38,41%, siklus I naik menjadi 84,62% dan siklus II 92,31%.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to improve concept mastery of human digestive organs through in the fifth grade students of Doho 2 State Elementary School, Girimarto, Wonogiri by changing the learning strategy.
This research forms is Classroom Action Research, it was conducted in two cycles. The subject of this research is the fifth grade students of Doho 2 State Elementary School Girimarto Wonogiri, amounting to 13 students. The data analysis technique uses Milles Huberman’s interactive model analysis encompassing data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing.
Considering the result of research, it can be concluded that the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Type of Cooperative learning method can improve the concept mastery of human disgetive organs in the fifth grade students of Doho 2 State Elementary School, Girimarto, Wonogiri on the academic year of 2014/2015.. This improvement is because the students get involved actively in the learning process. Before the action, the students achievement of concept mastery based on the mean achievement of preaction is 57,31, the students mean of concept mastery after the action based on the result of test in cycle I is 67,88, and the students mean of concept mastery in cycle II is 78,46. The percentage achievement of KKM ( > 65) in preaction is 38,41%, increases to 84,62% in cycle I, and 92,31% in cycle II.
