ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang, Separuh (50%) kejadian abortus spontan di sebabkan oleh blighted ovum. Di RSUD Karanganyar ibu hamil yang mengalami blighted ovum sebesar 4,16% . Tujuan karya tulis ini Untuk mempelajari dan memahami asuhan kebidanan pada kasus blighted ovum di RSUD Karanganyar secara komprehensif.
Metode, Observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ibu hamil G3P2A0 dengan blighted ovum. Tempat: RSUD Karanganyar. Cara pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dan studi dokumen rekam medik. Analisis data secara deskriptif berdasar 7 langkah varney.
Hasil, Ny. I G3P2A0 hamil 13 minggu datang dengan keluhan mengeluarkan flek-flek berwarna merah kecoklatan dari jalan lahir. USG : intra gestasional sac tidak tampak jaringan/janin. Kolaborasi dengan dr SpOG untuk tindakan kuretase. Keadaan pasien pasca kuretase membaik.
Kesimpulan : Keadaan pasien pasca kuretase membaik, tidak terjadi infeksi dan perdarahan lebih lanjut. Tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dengan praktik.

ABSTRACT
Background, Half (50%) of the spontaneous abortion incidences were caused by blighted ovum. At the Local General Hospital of Karanganyar, the percentage of the pregnant mothers suffering from blighted ovum was 4.16%.
This Research to study and understand the midwifery care on the blighted ovum case comprehensively.
Method, This research used the observational descriptive research method with the case study approach. The subject of research was a pregnant mother, Mrs. I, G3P2A0 with blighted ovum moderate hypothermia and moderate asphyxia. The research was done at the aforementioned hospital. The data of research were collected through in-depth interview, direct observation, and content analysis and descriptively analyzed by using Varney’s Seven Steps..
Result, Mrs. I G3P2A0 with the gestational age of 13 weeks was admitted to the hospital. She had brownish red blood discharge through her birth canal. The USG examination showed that in the intra gestational sac was not present tissue/ fetus. Immediately collaboration with an Obstetrician-Gynecologist to hold a curettage intervention was done. The condition of the client then was good.
Conclusion, The condition of the client following the curettage was good. No infection and advanced bleeding were present. In addition, no gap was found between the theory and the practice.
