ABSTRAK
Kualitas hidup narapidana anak dipengaruhi oleh rasa kebebasan yang biasanya dirasakan sudah tidak lagi dimiliki oleh narapidana. Selain itu narapidana juga mendapatkan stigma negatif hingga penurunan harga diri. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya kualitas hidup yang dimiliki oleh narapidana anak. Kualitas hidup dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara menemukan makna hidup, apabila sudah dapat ditemukan maka akan menimbulkan hidup yang bermakna dan berharga, pada akhirnya akan menimbulkan perasaan bahagia hingga meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Salah satu cara menemukan makna hidup adalah dengan diberikannyapelatihan kebermaknaan hidup.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kebermaknaan hidup terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup. Pelatihan kebermaknaan hidupmerupakan suatu bentuk pelatihan yang membantu peserta pelatihan untuk menemukan segala sesuatu yang penting dan berharga serta memberikan nilai-nilai khusus, sehingga nantinya pantas untuk dijadikan tujuan hidup.
Subjek penelitian ini adalah narapidana anak di Lapas Anak II A Kutoarjo. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain eksperimen pretest-posttest control group design dengan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol masing-masing sebanyak enam orang. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan pelatihan kebermaknaan hidupsebanyak lima sesi selama tiga hari dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, studi kasus, role play, simulasi, permainan dan latihan.Instrumen pelatihan yang digunakan adalah modul pelatihan dan buku kerja. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu berupa skala kulitas hidup SEIQoL-DW. Indeks korelasi hitung validitas aitem skala berkisar 0.508 – 0.767. Koefisien reliabilitas skala kualitas hidup tergolong baik, dengan skor kesepakatan 0.7 dan rtt sebesar 0.62. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik nonparametrik uji 2 Sampel IndependenMann-Whitneydengan bantuan komputer program SPSS for MS windowsversi 22.0.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji 2 Sampel Independen Mann-Whitney, pada analisis tingkat kualitas hidup diperoleh nilai z sebesar -2.882 dan nilai uji signifikansi (p) sebesar 0.004 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kebermaknaan hidup memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup narapidana anak di Lapas Anak II A Kutoarjo.

ABSTRACT
The children prisoners' quality of life is influenced by the feeling of freedom which is usually felt no longer to be owned by the prisoners.Besides, the prisoners also get a negative stigma to a decrease in self-esteem.The condition causes poor quality of life which is owned by children prisoners.The quality of life can be improved by discovering the meaning of life, when it can be found so that it will give meaningful and valuable life, eventually will lead to a feeling of happiness to improve the quality of life.One way to discover the meaning of life is by conducting the meaningfulness of life training.
This research is aimed at finding the effect of the meaningfulness of life training toward the quality of life improvement. The meaningfulness of life training is a form of training which helps trainees to find everything that is important and valuable as well as providing special values, so that those values will be worthy to be the purpose of life.
The subjects of this research were children prisoners in children prison II A Kutoarjo.The design of this research is an experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. Each of the experimental group and the control group consisted of six children.The experimental group was given the meaningfulness of life training in five sessions for three days using some methods which were lecture and discussion, case study, role play, simulation, game, and drill.Training instrument used were training modules and workbooks.The data collection method of this research is in the form of SEIQoL-DW quality of life scale.Calculating correlational index of item validity scale ranged from 0.508 to 0.767.The reliability coefficient of the quality of life scale is categorized as good, with negotiated score 0.7 and rtt 0.62.The data analysis technique used was nonparametric statistical analysis Mann-Whitney 2 independent sample testby using SPSS software for Microsoft Windows version 22.0.
Based on the calculation of Mann-Whitney 2 independent sample test on the analysis of the level of life quality, z value was obtained for -2.882 and the value of the significance test (p) of 0.004 (p<0.05).These results indicate that the meaningfulness of life training has a significant influence toward the quality of life improvement of children prisoners in children prison IIAKutoarjo.
