Tingkat Kepatuhan Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri Pekerja Bagian Instalasi Gizi di RSUD Dr. Moerwardi Surakarta

ABSTRAK
LatarBelakang: Penggunaan APD di Intalasi Gizi sangat menunjang kelancaran proses kerja dan juga keselamatan kerja pegawai, mengingat proses kerja di Instalasi Gizi seringkali memunculkan kecelakaan kerja, seperti terkena minyak panas saat penggorengan atau terjatuh akibat licinnya lantai, sehingga pihak rumah sakit berupaya meningkatkan cara untuk menghindari terjadinya kecelakaan akibat kerja (KAK) maupun penyakit akibat kerja (PAK) melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan pada tenaga perawat dan petugas kesehatan lainnya dalam pemakaian APD yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri pekerja Bagian Instalasi Gizi di RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta.
Metode: Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran gambaran yang jelas dan tepat terhadap tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri pekerja Bagian Instalasi Gizi di RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta.
Hasil :Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkansebagianbesarrespondenpatuhdalampenggunaanalatpelindungdiriyaitusebanyak 70,1% dansebanyak 29,9% respondentidakpatuh. Kondisiinimenunjukanbahwasecaraumumperawat di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta patuhdalampenggunaanalatpelindungdirisesuaiaturan.
Simpulan:Dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri pegawai Instalsi Gizi RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur yang ditetapkan, namun tidak sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri. Pekerja di Instalasi Gizi menunjukkankepatuhan terhadap pemakaian alatpelindungdiriKondisiinimenunjukanbahwasecaraumumpegawai di Instalasi Gizi RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta patuhdalampenggunaanalatpelindungdirisesuaiaturan. Evaluasi terkait kepatuhan kepatuhanpekerja Instalasi Gizi Rumah Sakit dalamPenggunaan APD dapat diketahui bahwa dalam penyajian menu baik makanan maupun snack, seluruh pekerja menggunakan alat pelindung diri.

ABSTRACT
Background: The use of PPE in intalasi Nutrition strongly support the smooth work processes and employee safety, considering the work processes in nutrition often bring up the installation work accidents, such as exposed to hot oil when frying or fall due to slippery floor, so that the hospitals work to improve ways to avoid occupational accidents (TOR) and occupational diseases (PAK) through education and training of nurses and other health workers in the proper use of PPE. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of compliance of the use of personal protective equipment workers Installation Section of Nutrition in dr. Moewardi Surakarta.
Methods: The study was conducted using descriptive method that provides a clear picture and a picture of the level of compliance of the use of appropriate personal protective equipment workers Installation Section of Nutrition in dr. Moewardi Surakarta.
Result: The results showed most respondents obedient in the use of personal protective equipment that is as much as 70.1% and as much as 29.9% of respondents did not obey. This condition indicates that in general the nurses in hospitals Dr. Moewardi Surakarta obedient in the use of personal protective equipment according to the rules.
Conclusion: In the use of personal protective equipment employees of the installation Nutrition Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures set forth, but not in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures use of Personal Protective Equipment. Workers in Nutrition Installation demonstrate compliance with the use of personal protective equipment This condition indicates that in general employees in the installation Nutrition Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta obedient in the use of personal protective equipment according to the rules. Evaluation of compliance adherence Installation Nutrition Hospital workers in the use of PPE can be seen that in the presentation of good food and snack menu, all workers using personal protective equipment.
