Analisis pengaruh perceived organizational support pada dimensi learning organization (studi pada karyawan PT. Air Mancur, Karanganyar)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek dari perceived organizational support pada dimensi learning organization.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Air Mancur Karanganyar yang berjumlah 378 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 143 responden yang diambil secara stratified random sampling. Jenis data yang diambil adalah data kuantitaif yaitu data data analisis kuantitatif digunakan data yang berwujud angka-angka dan cara pembahasannya menggunakan alat analisis Generalized Structured Component Analiysis (GSCA).
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) perceived organizational support memiliki efek  signifikan pada belajar terus menerus (2) perceived organizational support memiliki efek signifikan pada team learning (3) perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan pada pemberdayaan karyawan (4) perceived organizational support memiliki efek  signifikan pada system koneksi (5) perceived organizational support tidak memiliki efek pada learning organization (6) perceived organizational support tidak memiliki efek pada dialog (7) perceived organizational support tidak memiliki efek embedded system (8) perceived organizational support tidak memiliki efek  pada kepemimpinan strategis
Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan bagi para praktisi dalam mengambil langkah-langkah keputusan untuk menyusun kebijakan strategis dalam keunggulan kompetitif karyawan, sehingga nantinya dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan learning organization yang optimal

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on the dimensions of learning organization.
The population in this study were all employees of PT. Air Mancur Karanganyar which amounts to 378 employees. The sample in this study of 143 respondents drawn by stratified random sampling. Type of data collected is quantitative data that is data quantitative analysis of the data used in the form of data the figures and discussion how to use analytical tools Generalized Structured Component analiysis (GSCA).
The study concluded that (1) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on continuous learning (2) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on team learning (3) perceived organizational support significant effect on employee empowerment (4) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on connection system (5) perceived organizational support has no effect on the learning organization (6) perceived organizational support has no effect on the dialogue (7) perceived organizational support has no effect embedded systems (8) perceived organizational support has no effect on the strategic leadership
This research can be used as a reference for practitioners the decision to take steps to formulating policies in the strategic competitive advantage of employees, so that later can affect the increase optimal learning organization
