Latar Belakang. Alat kontrasepsi IUD Post Plasenta merupakan program KB terbaru dari BKKBN yang masih terus disosialisasikan. Pengetahuan yang kurang tentang alat kontrasepsi ini menyebabkan ibu tidak bersedia menggunakannya. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan keluarga berencana terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang alat kontrasepsi IUDPostPlasenta.
Metode. Desain penelitian Quasiexperiment dengan rancangan Nonequivalent control group design. Teknik sampling secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 20 responden kelompok eksperimen dan 20 responden kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon.
Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan selisih nilai mean posttest dan pretest kelompok eksperimen yaitu 28,74 dan kolompok kontrol yaitu 7,82. Hasil perhitungan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,000.
Simpulan. Ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan keluarga berencana terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang alat kontrasepsi IUD Post Plasenta.

ABSTRACT
Background. Post placenta IUD contraception is the latest from BKKBN family planning program which is currently still being socialized. Less know ledge about contraception is causing the mother is not willing to use it. The purpose to determine effect of health education towards the knowledge level of pregnancy about contraceptive IUD Post Placenta.
Method. Quasi-experimental research design with Nonequivalent control group design. The Sampling technique is purposive sampling with a 20 respondents of experimental group and 20 respondents of control group. The research instrumentusing a questionnaire. The Data analysis using Wilcoxon statistical test.
Result. There was a difference of mean score between pretest and posttest score in experimental group is 28.74 and the control group is 7,82. The result of the Wilcoxon test shows that the p-value was 0,000.
Conclusions. There is the influence of Family Planning health education on the level of knowledge of pregnant women about contraceptive IUD Post Placenta.
