Penatausahaan aset adalah salah satu aktifitas wajib yang dilakukan sebuah instansi pemerintahan. Dalam melaksanakan penatausahaan aset pemerintah daerah masih mempunyai permasalahan khususnya pada aplikasi pendataan dan pengolahan data aset yang dimiliki Bidang Aset Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset (DPPKA). Sehingga diperlukan sistem informasi yang baru dan lebih solutif dalam proses penatausahaan aset, maka DPPKA membutuhkan suatu alat kerja yang berupa Sistem Informasi Aset Daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian dan pembuatan Sistem informasi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi permasalahan penatausahaan aset Pemerintah Daerah yang dilakukan DPPKA dan BAPPEDA sebagai penghubung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif waterfall dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam penatausahaan aset milik daerah diperlukan sistem informasi baru yang menggantikan aplikasi lama yang punya banyak masalah mengakibatkan pengelolaan aset yang dilakukan oleh Bidang Aset belum tercapai maksimal. Oleh karena itu DPPKA khususnya bidang Aset dan BAPPEDA perlu melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak yang terkait, meningkatkan pengawasan, monitoring dan evaluasi serta lebih sering melakukan bina teknologi (BINTEK).

Administration of assets is one of the mandatory activities undertaken by an agency of government. In carrying out the administration of local government assets still have problems, especially in the application of data collection and data processing assets Revenue Service Sector Asset Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA). So, we need new information systems and a more solution-in the process of administration of assets, then DPPKA require a working tool in the form of Regional Asset Information System. The purpose of the research and manufacture of this information system is to identify and solve the problems of administration of the assets of Local Government conducted DPPKA and BAPPEDA as a liaison. This research uses qualitative research waterfall with a descriptive approach. Results of this research is in the area of administration of assets belonging to the new information system is needed that replaces the old application that has a lot of problems resulting in asset management conducted by the Field Assets maximum has not been reached. Therefore DPPKA especially in Assets and BAPPEDA need to cooperate with relevant parties, improving surveillance, monitoring and evaluation as well as more frequent bina technology (BINTEK).
