Studi Tentang Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 pada Mata Pelajaran Penjasorkes di SMA Negeri Sasaran Se-Kabupaten Grobogan Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, (1) pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran penjasorkes di SMA-SMA Negeri sasaran se-Kabupaten Grobogan tahun ajaran 2014/2015. (2) Kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran penjasorkes di SMA Negeri sasaran se-Kabupaten Grobogan tahun ajaran 2014/2015.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru penjasorkes di SMA Negeri sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan yang berjumlah 8 orang dan peserta didik di SMA Negeri sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan yang berjumlah 180 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan persentase untuk mengetahui seberapa besar jawaban pada setiap soal.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan : (1) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan tergolong sangat  baik dengan jumlah 25 atau persentase 63% pada jawaban a (nilai 4) berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes. (2) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Isi di Sekolah Menengah Atas Ngeri Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan tergolong sangat baik dengan jumlah 66 atau persentase 75% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru pada jawaban a (nilai 4) Penjasorkes dan tergolong baik dengan jumlah 415 atau persentase 46% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b (nilai 3).
(3) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Proses di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan tergolong sangat baik dengan jumlah 37 atau persentase 66% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru pada jawaban a (nilai 4) dan tergolong baik dengan jumlah 306 atau persentase 43% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b (nilai 3). (4) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan tergolong baik dengan jumlah 15 atau persentase 63% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 217 atau persentase 40% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b (nilai 3). (5) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Sarana dan Prasarana di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan tergolong sangat baik dengan jumlah 35 atau persentase 63% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru pada jawaban a (nilai 4) dan tergolong baik dengan jumlah 315 atau persentase 58% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b (nilai 3). (6) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Pengelolaan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan tergolong baik dengan jumlah 8 atau persentase 33% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 339 atau persentase 47% beradasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b (nilai 3). (7) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Pembiayaan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan tergolong sangat baik dengan jumlah 11 atau persentase 46% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan tergolong sangat baik dengan jumlah 78 atau persentase 43% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban a (niai 4). (8)Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Grobogan tergolong baik dengan jumlah 10 atau persentase 42% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 258 atau persentase 48% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b (nilai 3).

ABSTRACT
The objective of research was to find out: (1) the implementation of 2013 curriculum in physical education, sport, and health subject in targeted public Senior High Schools throughout Grobogan Regency in the school year of 2014/2015, and (2) the obstacles occurred in the implementation of 2013 curriculum in physical education, sport, and health subject in targeted public Senior High Schools throughout Grobogan Regency in the school year of 2014/2015.
This study was a descriptive method with survey technique. The subjects of research were teachers of physical education, sport, and health subject in targeted public Senior High Schools of 2013 curriculum throughout Grobogan Regency consisting of 8 teachers and students of targeted public Senior High Schools of 2013 curriculum throughout Grobogan Regency consisting of 180 students. The data was collected using questionnaire and observation. Techniques of analyzing used were validity and reliability tests and percentage to find out the proportion of answer to each item.
Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be concluded. (1) Indicator of Standard Graduate Competency in Public Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum target throughout Grobogan Regency belonged to very good category with number of 25 or 63% in answer a (score 4) based on the teachers of physical education, sport, and health’s assessment. (2) Indicator of Standard Content in Public Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum target throughout Grobogan Regency belonged to very good category with number of 66 or 75% in answer a (score 4) based on the teachers of physical education, sport, and health’s assessment and to good category with number of 415 or 46% in answer b (score 3) based on the students’ assessment. (3) Indicator of Standard Process in Public Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum target throughout Grobogan Regency belonged to very good category with number of 37 or 66% in answer a (score 4) based on the teachers of physical education, sport, and health’s assessment and to good category with number of 306 or 43% in answer b (score 3) based on the students’ assessment. (4) Indicator of Standard Educator and Educating Staff in Public Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum target throughout Grobogan Regency belonged to good category with number of 15 or 63% based on the teachers of physical education, sport, and health’s assessment and number of 217 or 40% based on the students’ assessment in answer b (score 3). (5) Indicator of Standard Infrastructures in Public Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum target throughout Grobogan Regency belonged to very good category with number of 35 or 63% based on the teachers of physical education, sport, and health’s assessment in answer a (score 4) and to good category with number of 315 or 58% based on the students’ assessment in answer b (score 3). (6) Indicator of Standard Management in Public Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum target throughout Grobogan Regency belonged to good category with number of 8 or 33% based on the teachers of physical education, sport, and health’s assessment and with number of 339 or 47% based on the students’ assessment in answer b (score 3). (7) Indicator of Standard Funding in Public Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum target throughout Grobogan Regency belonged to very good category with number of 11 or 46% based on the teachers of physical education, sport, and health’s assessment in answer a (score 4) and to very good category with number of 78 or 43% based on the students’ assessment in answer a (score 4). (8) Indicator of Standard Education Assessment in Public Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum target throughout Grobogan Regency belonged to good category with number of 10 or 42% based on the teachers of physical education, sport, and health’s assessment and with number of 258 or 48% based on the students’ assessment in answer b (score 3).
