ABSTRAK
Tujuan proyek akhir ini adalah merancang system kelistrikan mesin Ball Mill
sehingga mesin dapat bekerja dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.
Proses pertama yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menentukan spesifikasi motor
listrk dan inverter. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan merancang sistem kelistrikan
mesin Ball Mill. Setelah desain didapat, maka selanjutnya ialah proses pembuatan
dan diakhiri dengan proses perakitan.
Berdasarkan hasil perancangan sistem kelistrikan mesin Ball Mill
menggunakan motor listrik asynchronous 3 phase 1 HP dan menggunakan
inverter dengan input AC 1 phase yang memiliki kapasitas output 1 HP.
ABSTRACT
The objective of the project was to design of electrical system Ball Mill
machine so that can work well.
The process firstly conducted was to choose electric motor and inverter
specification. Than electrical system of Ball Mill machine was design. Having
obtained the design, the next process was production process, ended with
assembly process.
Considering the result design of electrical system Ball Mill machine using
three phase asynchronous motors 1 HP and inverter with input specification AC 1
phase and output capacity 1 HP.
