Hubungan Frekuensi Konsumsi Fast Food dengan Status Gizi Remaja di SMP Negeri 5 Surakarta

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Pengaruh budaya barat menyebabkan perubahan kebiasaan makan yang cenderung menyukai fast food yang mengandung energi, garam, dan lemak termasuk kolesterol kadar tinggi dan sedikit serat. Ketidakseimbangan ini dapat menimbulkan masalah gizi.
Tujuan : Mengetahui adakah hubungan frekuensi konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi remaja di SMPN 5 Surakarta.
Metode : Desain cross sectional. Populasi kelas VIII sejumlah 315 siswa. Sampel 180 siswa diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Simple FFQ untuk mengukur frekuensi konsumsi fast food. Status gizi dari perhitungan nilai z-score dengan aplikasi WHO Anthroplus v.1.0.4. Uji korelasi menggunakan Gamma somer’s
Hasil : Frekuensi konsumsi fast food pada siswa mayoritas 4-6 kali seminggu (49,4%). Terdapat korelasi yang kuat (p=0.616), signifikan (r=0.00), dan positif antara frekuensi konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi. Semakin sering konsumsi fast food maka akan semakin besar nilai status gizi.
Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan hubungan kuat ( 0.616), signifikan (r=0.00), dan positif antara frekuensi konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi remaja.

ABSTRACT
Background : The influence of Western culture led to changes the eating habits tend to like fast food that contains energy, salt, and fat including high cholesterol levels and little fiber. This imbalance can lead to nutritional problems.
Purpose : To find out the correlation between frequency of fast food consumption and nutritional status in Junior High School 5 Surakarta
Methods : Cross Sectional design. 315 population of VIII grade. 180 student for sample is taken from population with Proportional Random Sampling. Simple FFQ is for measures frequency of consumption fast food. Nutritional status was measured with z-score that be calculated by WHO Anthroplus v.1.0.4 application. The data was tested by using Gamma Somer?s correlation.
Result : Most of frequency of fast food consumption is 4-6x a week (49,4%). There is strong correlation (p=0.616), significant (r=0.00), and positive between frequency of fast food consumption with nutritional status. More frequently of consumption fast food will increase the nutritional status.
Conclusion : There is strong correlation (p=0.616), significant (r=0.00), and positive between frequency of fast food consumption with nutritional status.
