Tablet plavix merupakan obat yang habis masa patennya pada tahun 2011, kini sudah diproduksi obat generiknya yaitu clopidogrel, dan juga telah diproduksi beberapa obat copynya yang telah beredar dipasaran contohnya: Vaclo. Tablet merupakan bahan obat dalam bentuk sediaan padat yang biasanya dibuat dengan penambahan farmasetika yang sesuai. Tablet- tablet dapat berbeda-beda dalam ukuran, bentuk, berat, kekerasan, ketebalan, daya hancurnya, dan dalam aspek lainnya tergantung pada cara pemakaian tablet dan metode pembuatannya. Kebanyakan dari tablet ini dibuat dengan penambahan zat warna atau zat pemberi rasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan uji sifat fisik antara obat paten expired (Plavix), obat generik (Clopidogrel) dan obat copy-nya (Vaclo).
Uji sifat fisik yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya uji keseragaman bobot, uji kekerasan, uji kerapuhan dan uji waktu hancur. Data yang diperoleh dibandingkan dengan persyaratan dalam Farmakope Indonesia dan pustaka lainnya.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan menunjukan ketiga tablet yang diujikan memenuhi syarat tablet yang baik, dan didapatkan tablet plavix mempunyai tingkat kekerasan yang paling tinggi, tingkat kerapuhan paling rendah dan waktu hancurnya paling lama, sedangkan tablet vaclo mempunyai tingkat kekerasan paling rendah, tingkat kerapuhan paling tinggi dan waktu hancur paling cepat.

ABSTRACT
Plavix tablet is a medicine which finished the time of patenting at 2011, in this period it has been producted the medicine of generic, there is clopidogrel And also it has been producted some copied medicines which have circulated in the market, for example Vaclo, tablet is a material of medicine within the shape of serving is solid, which is made by increasing of farmasetika appropriatelly. Tablets can be differed in size, shape, weigh, hardness, thickness, friability, and in the other aspect depend on the manner of using the tablet and the method of making it. The most of this tablets are made by adding the coloressence or giving taste essence. The goal of this research is to compare the test of physical characteristic between the patent expired drug (plavix), Generic ( Clopidogrel) and some copied drug ( Vaclo).
The test of physical characteristic was done in this research concludes the test of weight uniformity, hardness tester, friability tester and disintegration tester. The result of the data are considered with the ruleds and regulation of Indonesian farmokope and the other books.
Based on the experiment result shows that tertiary of the tablets which have been examinated fill the rule and regulation of good tablet and get the plevix tablet which has the highest level of hardness, the lowest friability level and the longest disintegration, meanwhile the vaclo tablet has the lowest of hardness level, the highest friability level and the fastes of disintegration.
