The final project report is written based on the job training which is done for a month in Kasunanan Hadiningrat Palace Surakarta. The first objective of this paper is to tell about guiding activities which had been done by the writer for a month in Kasunanan Hadiningrat Palace. During the job training the writer had two jobs, as a group-guide and a receptionist helper. As a group-guide the writer had to guide about 40 persons, then the writer had to give a guidance and materials about the palace, the route in guiding is from Sitihinggil, Pelataran Inti Keraton, Museum Keraton and returned to Sitihinggil. The materials which are described by the writer were about the buildings in the palace and relicts in museum. The writer got the materials from some resources, such as books, internet, retrieved from www.karatonsurakarta.com and recorded materials which have been given by the guides of Kasunanan Hadiningrat Palace Surakarta. As a receptionist helper, the writer had a job to help the receptionist in servicing ticket for foreign tourists. The second objective of this paper is to find out the problems in job training period. So in this report, the writer also tells about her experience during her job training period, the problems which are faced by the writer and the solutions to solve it.
