The Services of Ticketing and Reservation in TTO (Town Ticketing Office) of Sriwijaya Air Solo District

ABSTRACT
This final project was written based on the job training which was done in TTO of Sriwijaya Air Solo District which is located at Center Point Building Block A-10,Purwosari, Solo started from 24th February to 30th April. The objectives of this final project are to describe the services of ticketing and reservation in TTO of Sriwijaya Air Solo District, to describe the process of handling ticket reservation in TTO of Sriwijaya Air Solo District, to explain the process of Rebook/Reschedule and City Check-In in TTO of Sriwijaya Air Solo District.
The reservation system of Sriwijaya Air is Computerized System Reservationusing Nieve system.This system makes the services of ticketing and reservation easier and faster. The process of handling ticket reservation, rebook and city check-in uses online system. It should be rememberedby staff when handling ticket reservation, rebook and city check-in. Therefore I should be more careful in the process of handling ticketing and reservation. The important step of handling rebook and city check-in is to remark the ticket. One thing that must be done by staff when handling the passenger is checking again the ticket by reading passenger name, flight schedule and flight route.
