ABSTRAKSI
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh penjelasan yang lebih
mendalam mengenai prosedur pemilihan kualitas bahan baku produk ekspor pada
UDDamar Wulan Furniture sebagai perusahaan ekspor yang bergerak di bidang
furniture.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei
karena melihat secara langsung mengenai kegiatan yang dilakukan UD Damar
Wulan Furniture berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti.Data yang
digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui
wawancara secara langsung kepada pemilik perusahaan. Sedangkan data sekunder
diperoleh dari sumber lain seperti dokumen-dokumen perusahaan dan buku
panduan.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh antara lain adanya standar kualitas bahan
baku yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, agar produk yang dihasilkan dapat masuk
pasar dalam jaringan internasional.Dalam proses pemilihan kualitas bahan baku
untuk produk ekspor, perusahaan mengalami sedikit kendala. Perusahaan
kesulitan dalam memperoleh beberapa jenis kayu (bahan baku) yang sesuai
dengan standar kualitas bahan baku produk yang telah ditetapkan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this project is to get more specific explanation about how
to choose the right quality of export material in UD Damar Wulan Furniture as the
company exports which moves in the field of furniture. The method used in this
project is the survey method. It because we can observe directly about UD Damar
this project are primary and secondary data. The primary data is attained by
interviewing the owner of the company directly. As for secondary data, we
obtained them from another resources such as company document and guide
book.
One of the result of this project is standardization export material defined
by the company. So the products produced by the company can enter the market
in international network. However, the company have a little problem in choosing
a good quality export material. The problem occur when the company need to find
certain materials for production but all they can find are under qualified materials.
On the other words, the company havedifficultyto find certain materials with their
quality standard.
