Abstrak
Latar Belakang: Setiap mahasiswa mempunyai motivasi yang berbeda-beda sesuai
dengan sifat dan kepribadiannya. faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa
antara lain persepsi dan sikap peserta didik. Dimana dijelaskan bahwa persepsi seorang
siswa akan mempengaruhi proses belajar (minat) dan mendorong siswa untuk
melaksanakan sesuatu (motivasi) belajar. Sedangkan Sikap adalah kombinasi dari konsep,
informasi, dan emosi yang dihasilkan di dalam predisposisi untuk merespon orang,
kelompok, gagasan, peristiwa atau obyek tertentu secara menyenangkan atau tidak
menyenangkan. Sikap merupakan produk dari kegiatan belajar.
Tujuan: (1) Menganalisa hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang proses
pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa semester IV di Prodi D-3 Kebidanan
Stikes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto tahun 2013. (2) Menganalisa hubungan antara sikap
mahasiswa tentang proses pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa semester IV
di Prodi D-3 Kebidanan Stikes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto tahun 2013. (3) Menganalisis
hubungan antara persepsi dan sikap mahasiswa tentang proses pembelajaran dengan
motivasi belajar mahasiswa semester IV di Prodi D-3 Kebidanan Stikes Bina Sehat PPNI
Mojokerto tahun 2013
Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif
korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada 130 responden
diambil dengan teknik Probability Sampling tipe Proportional Random Sampling.
Instrumen: Pengumpulan data tentang persepsi dan sikap mahasiswa serta motivasi belajar
mahasiswa menggunakan kuesioner skala sikap dari Likert
Hasil: (1) Secara simultan, persepsi dan sikap berhubungan secara signifikan dengan motivasi
mahasiswa dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 261,491 > 3,07, maka Ho ditolak. (2) Secara
parsial persepsi dan Sikap berhubungan secara signifikan dengan motivasi mahasiswa dengan
nilai thitung > ttabel (6,757 > 1.658) untuk variabel persepsi dan thitung > ttabel (4,697 > 1.658)
untuk variabel Sikap. (3) Variabel Persepsi dan Sikap mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 80,5%
terhadap motivasi mahasiswa sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain
selain Persepsi dan Sikap yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini.
Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan variabel persepsi dan sikap mahasiswa terhadap motivasi
belajar mahasiswa semester IV di Prodi D-3 Kebidanan Stikes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto
tahun 2013

Abstract
Background : Each student has a different motivation in accordance with the nature and
personality. factors that affect student motivation, among others, perceptions and attitudes of
learners. Where a student explained that perception will affect the learning process (interest)
and encourage students to carry something (motivation) to learn. While the attitude is a
combination of concepts, information, and emotions generated in the predisposition to
respond to persons, groups, ideas, events or certain objects are pleasant or unpleasant.
Attitude is a product of learning activities.
Objectives : (1) Analyze the relationship between students' perceptions of the learning
process with a fourth semester student learning motivation in the Prodi D-3 Midwifery Stikes
PPNI Mojokerto Healthy Development in 2013. (2) Analyze the relationship between student
attitudes about the learning process with the fourth semester student learning motivation in the
Prodi D-3 Midwifery Stikes PPNI Mojokerto Healthy Development in 2013. (3) Analyze the
relationship between students' perceptions and attitudes about the learning process with a
fourth semester student learning motivation in the Prodi D-3 Midwifery Stikes PPNI
Mojokerto Healthy Development in 2013.
Methods : This type of research used in this study is a quantitative correlation with crosssectional
approach. The study was conducted on 130 respondents taken by engineering types
Proportional Probability Sampling Random Sampling.
Instrument : Collecting data about the perceptions and attitudes of students and student
learning motivation questionnaire Likert scale of attitude
Results: (1) Simultaneously, perceptions and attitudes are significantly related to student
motivation by the value of F> F is 261.491> 3.07, then Ho is rejected. (2) In partial
perceptions and attitudes are significantly related to student motivation by the value of t> t
table (6,757> 1,658) for the perception variables and t count> t table (4,697> 1,658) for the
attitude variables. (3) Variable Perceptions and Attitudes of 80.5% has an influence on the
motivation of the students while the remaining 19.5% is influenced by other variables besides
perceptions and attitudes that are not revealed in this study.
Conclusion : There is a variable correlation of perceptions and attitudes of students toward
learning motivation of students in the fourth semester Prodi D-3 Midwifery Stikes PPNI
