Sexual harassment is a problem that has been emerging for a long time, but it is difficult to be fighted up until today. Some reasons are (1) the definition of sexual harassment itself is still unclear, (2) the revealation of the case often makes the victims suffer from loss, and (3) factor that mendominate work culture. This article
is trying to discuss about kinds of sexual harassment in the work place, results suffered by the victims, victim’s reaction after the case, and the effort to redefine sexual harassment in the work place based o n eastern values.
