Sikap Progesional Guru, Pemahaman Perkembangan Anak Berpikir Kreatif dan Kemampuan Guru Menyususn Assessment Keterampilan Proses

This research is conducted to analyze the attitude’ effect of teaching professionals, comprehension of child development, creative thinking, and Assessment competence o n process skills of Primary School teachers in Kebumen, Central Java, 2003. The number of the sample is 160 students selected by a multistage random sampling. Data were analyzed by correlational methods and recursive of path analysis. The study reveals: (1) there is a direct attitude’ effect of teaching professional toward comprehension of child development, (2) there is a direct attitude’ effect of teaching professionals toward creative thinking, (3) there is a direct effect of child development comprehension toward creative thinking, (4) there is a direct attitude’ effect of teaching professionals toward Assessment o n competence of process skills, (5) there is an indirect effect of child development comprehension toward Assessment competence of process skills, (6) there is a direct effect of creative thinking toward Assessment competence of process skills.
