Pengembangan Modul Kimia Berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada Materi Reaksi Redoks untuk SMK Kelas X

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menjelaskan prosedur pengembangan modul kimia SMK berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning pada materi reaksi redoks kelas X, (2) menguji kelayakan modul kimia SMK berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning pada materi reaksi redoks kelas X, (3) mengetahui efektivitas produk modul kimia SMK berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning pada materi reaksi redoks kelas X.
Penelitian dan pengembangan modul kimia berbasis inkuiri terbimbing menggunakan prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg & Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi 9 tahapan yaitu: (1) penelitian pendahuluan dan pengumpulan data, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk, (4) uji coba lapangan awal, (5) revisi produk awal, (6) uji coba pelaksanaan lapangan, (7) revisi hasil uji coba lapangan, (8) uji coba pelaksanaan lapangan, (9) penyempurnaan produk akhir. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) modul kimia SMK berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning pada materi reaksi redoks dikembangkan dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan Borg & Gall yang terdiri dari 9 tahapan, (2) pengembangan modul kimia SMK berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning pada materi reaksi redoks menurut para validator dan siswa layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran, (3) hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan aspek kognitif, psikomotor dan afektif kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada kelas kontrol.

ABSTRACT
This research were aimed to: (1) determine the procedure development of chemical module for vocational based on contextual teaching and learning in redox reactions, (2) test the feasibility of chemical module for vocational based on contextual teaching and learning in redox reactions subject on 10th grade students, (3) know the effectiveness products of chemical module for vocational based on contextual teaching and learning on redox reactions subject on 10th grade students.
The module development research used the research and development procedure of Borg and Gall that had been modified into 9 stages: 1) research and information collecting, 2) planning, 3) develop preliminary from of product, 4) preliminary field testing, 5) main product revision, 6) main field testing, 7) operasional product revision, 8) operasional field testing, 9) final product revision. Analysis of the data were used qualitative descriptive analysis.
The result showed: (1) the development of chemical module for vocational based on contextual teaching and learning on redox reactions subject has been done throught R&D procedure that include nine stage, (2) the feasiblity of chemical module based contextual teaching and learning on redox reactions subject is fit as chemical learning, (3) the result of the effectiveness on cognitive , attitude and skill achievement aspect shows that experimental class is better than control class.
