ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta siswa kelas XI IPS Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta yang berjumlah 51 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dalam hal ini adalah Exploratory Factor Analisis.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada duabelas (12) faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Faktor- faktor tersebut adalah faktor motivasi,faktor pancaindera, faktor relasi guru dengan siswa, faktor pengertian orang tua, faktor disiplin sekolah, faktor relasi siswa dengan siswa, faktor relasi antar angggota keluarga, faktor alat pembelajaran, faktor teman bergaull, faktor pancaindera, faktor pengertian orang tua, faktor relasi guru dengan siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat faktor baru yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were to find out the factors that affecting
accounting learning achievement in XI IPS Graders of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam
Jamsaren Surakarta in the School Year of 2014/2015.
This research employed a descriptive quantitative method. The population of this research was all of students in the XI IPS graders of Madrasah Aliyah Al- Islam Jamsaren Surakarta in the school year 2014/2015 that consisting of 51 students. The collecting data techniques done by observing, interviewing, documentating, and questionnaire. The analysis data techniques that used in this research was factor analysis that called Exploratory Factor Analysis.
Considering the result of research, it could be concluded that nine are 12 factors that affecting accounting learning achievement in XI IPS graders of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta in the school year 2014/2015. Those factors are the motivation factors, the five sense factors,relationship between theacher and students factors,relationship between family member factors, shcool dicipline factors, relation between the students factors, the learning tools factors, the associate friends factors, the five sense factors, relationship between family member factors,and between theacher and students factors, the parents understanding factors, and the The conclution from this research was there are a new factor that can affecting accounting learning achievement in XI IPS graders of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta in the school year 2014/2015.
