ABSTRAK
Tujuan Penelitan ini adalah meliputi: (1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri 2 Magetan; (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi di dalam pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri 2 Magetan; (3) Untuk mengetahui hasil yang didapatkan setelah Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2008 dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Magetan.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah : (1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri 2 Magetan; (2) Kendala apa yang di hadapi di dalam pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri 2 Magetan; (3) Hasil apa yang di dapatkan setelah Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2008 di laksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Magetan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode diskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penggunaan metode dan pendekatan ini diawali dari tujuan utama penelitian, yaitu menjelaskan dan menganalisis data dan informasi di lapangan sesuai dengan keadaan yang sesungguhnya. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMK Negeri 2 Magetan, sebuah SMK yang pertama kali mendapat sertifikat ISO 9001 :2008 dari PT TUV Rheinland Indonesia di Kabupaten Magetan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di ketahui bahwa: Implementasi system manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri 2 Magetan adalah: (1)  Pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri 2 Magetan telah sesuai dengan klausul-klausul ISO 9001:2008 meliputi ruang lingkup, referensi normatif, terminologi dan definisi, sitem manajemen  mutu, tanggung jawab manajemen, pengelolaan sumber daya, realisasi hasil proses pendidikan, pengukuran, analisis dan perbaikan; (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001: 2008 yaitu klausul 6.2 sumberdaya manusia karena kurangnya tenaga guru, tenaga administrasi yang professional sesuai dengan permendiknas, klausul 6.3 sarana prasarana karena masih kurangnya ruang kelas, ruang praktik, perabot dan peralatan, klausul 6.4 lingkungan belajar karena belum adanya tempat parkir dan masih moving kelas; (3)Hasil yang di dapatkan setelah Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008  di laksanakan  yaitu semua guru dan pegawai memahami kebutuhan siswa, visi,misi sekolah ditetapkan bersama,  lingkungan internal yang kondusif, keterlibatan semua warga sekolah dalam pencapaian sasaran sekolah, keterbukaan  dalam menerima saran, adanya dorongan  kepada guru dan pegawai untuk mengembangkan kompetensinya, setiap keputusan didasarkan analisa dan informasi yang factual, semua kegiatan ada prosedur sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan, adanya pengendalian dokumen, rekaman  setiap kegiatan, berubahnya pola pikir dan kinerja seluruh komponen sekolah untuk bekerja lebih professional.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to include: ( 1 ) To determine the implementation of the Quality Management System ( QMS ) ISO 9001:2008 at  State Vocational High School 2 Magetan : ( 2 ) To determine the obstacles that has been  encountered in the implementation of the Quality Management System ( QMS ) ISO 9001: 2008 at State Vocational High School 2 Magetan.
The focus of this research are : ( 1 ) How the implementation of the Quality Management System ( QMS ) ISO 9001:2008 at State Vocational High School 2 Magetan conducted ; ( 2 ) What obstacles encountered in the implementation of the Quality Management System ( QMS ) ISO 9001:2008 at  State Vocational High School 2 Magetan; ( 3 ) What results can be gained after the implementation of the Quality Management System ( QMS ) ISO 9001:2008 conducted  at SMK Negeri 2 Magetan .
The method used is the descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach . The use of this method and approach starts from the main purpose of the study, which describes and analyzes the data and information in the field in accordance with the actual situation . The research location is at State Vocational High School 2 Magetan ,  the first State Vocational High School which received ISO 9001:2008 from TUV Rheinland Indonesia Limited in the Regency of  Magetan.
Based on the survey results revealed that : the Implementation of ISO 9001:2008  the quality management system at at State Vocational High School 2 Magetan are : ( 1 ) The mplementing ISO 9001:2008 the Quality Management System at State Vocational High School 2 Magetan in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 the clauses included the scope , the normative references , the terminology and definitions , the quality management system , the responsibility management , the resource management , the realization of the educational process , the measurement , the analysis and improvement ; ( 2 ) The obstacles encountered in the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008  the clause at 6.2 , namely human resources due to lack of teachers , professional administrative personnel in accordance with the regulations of the Government of Education Department , clause 6.3  because of the lack of infrastructures such as classroom spaces , practice spaces , the furniture and equipments , clause 6.4 the lack of  learning environment with  parking spaces and there are still several moving classes ; ( 3 ) The results obtained after the ISO 9001:2008  the Quality Management System that has been conducted and  all the teachers and staff understand the needs of students , the vision , the schools mission are being set  altogether , the internal environment is conducive , the involvement of all school community in the school achievement , open in accepting suggestions , the encouragement to teachers and staff to develop their competence , every decision was based analysis and factual information , all activities procedures as guidance , the presence of document  control , the records of every activity , a change in mindset and performance of all components of the school to work more professional .
