ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: pengaruh faktor modal, pengaruh faktor lama usaha, pengaruh faktor usia, pengaruh faktor sukses pendidikan terhadap pendapatan usaha counter handphone di Matahari Singosaren Solo. Serta pengaruh faktor modal, lama usaha, dan sukses pendidikan secara bersama-sama terhadap pendapatan usaha counter handphone di Matahari Singosaren Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif statistik, yaitu menjelaskan keadaan sekarang dengan menggunakan statistik sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian dilakukan di pusat perbelanjaan Matahari Singosaren dengan mengambil sampel sejumlah 67 responden dari 200 populasi pengusaha counter handphone. Data diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: 1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara modal usaha secara parsial dengan pendapatan usaha counter handphone di Matahari Singosaren. 2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara lama usaha secara parsial dengan pendapatan usaha counter handphone di Matahari Singosaren. 3) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara sukses pendidikan secara parsial dengan pendapatan usaha counter handphone di Matahari Singosaren. 4) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara modal, lama usaha, dan sukses pendidikan secara bersama-sama dengan pendapatan usaha counter handphone di Matahari Singosaren.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to know: the influence of factors capital, factor long business, factor age, and factor succesful education to operating income cell phone counter in Matahari Singosaren Solo. As well as the influence of factors capital, factor long business, and factor succesful education in together to operating income cell phone counter in Matahari Singosaren Solo. The research uses the methodof descriptive statistic, namely explain the state of now with uses statistics as a means of analysis. The rsearch was done in shopping centers Matahari Singosaren Solo by taking sample a number of 67 respondents than 200 population entrepreneurs counter cell phone. Data obtained by the questionnaire. Technique analysis data using of multiple regression.
Based on the research of analysis data that has been done, so can be conclude some things as follows: 1) there is influence welfare between business capital partial with operating income counter cell phone in Matahari Singosaren Solo. 2) there is influence welfare between long business partial with operating income counter cell phone in Matahari Singosaren Solo. 3) there is no significant between successful education in partial with operating income counter cell phone in Matahari Singosaren Solo. 4) there is significant influence between a capital, long business, and successful education in together with operating income counter cell phone in Matahari Singosaren Solo.
