Hubungan antara Motivasi Akademik Intrinsik dengan Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sebelas Maret

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) yang tinggi dibutuhan untuk Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran untuk menerapkan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. SDLR dibentuk dari pengelolaan diri, motivasi akademik, dan pengendalian diri. Motivasi yang memengaruhi kegiatan akademik disebut motivasi akademik. Motivasi terbagi menjadi motivasi akademik intrinsik dan motivasi akademik ekstrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi akademik intrinsik dengan Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR).
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Universitas Sebelas Maret angkatan 2013, 2014, dan 2015 yang dipilih dengan metode stratified random sampling. Data motivasi akademik intrinsik diambil dengan bagian kuesioner motivasi akademik intrinsik dari Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) yang telah dialihbahasa serta diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data SDLR diambil dengan kuesioner SDLR-NE yang telah dialih bahasa serta duji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji normalitas data didapatkan motivasi akademik intrinsik dan Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson 0,474 dengan p = 0,000.
Simpulan Penelitian: Semakin tinggi nilai motivasi akademik intrinsik maka semakin tinggi nilai SDLR, dengan kekuatan korelasi sedang dan bermakna secara statistik.

ABSTRACT
Background: The high of Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) is required for medical students to implement a long life learning. SDLR were formed by self-management, academic motivation, and self-control. Academic motivation itself is a motivation that could affect academic activities. Academic motivation is divided into intrinsic academic motivation and extrinsic academic motivation. This research paper is an attempt to find the correlation between academic motivation with Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR).
Methods: This research was a cross-sectional observational analytic. The subjects were medical students of Sebelas Maret University class of first year, second year, and third year. The subjects selected by using stratified random sampling method. The data of intrinsic academic motivation was measured by intrinsic academic motivation questionnaire, which is part of the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) that has been translated and tested for validity and reliability. The data of SDLR was measured by SDLR-NE questionnare, that has been translated and tested for validity and reliability. The statistical analysis used Pearson Correlation Test.
Results: Data normality test showed that data distribution of intrinsic motivation and SDLR was normal. Pearson correlationtest result was 0,474 with p = 0,000
Conclusions: The higher of intrinsic academic motivation value then the SDLR value will also be higher, with the moderate power of correlation and was statistically significant.
