The activities of madugondo bar in Sahid KusumA Prince hotel Solo

This final project was written based on the writer’s job training as a trainee at Food and Beverage Department in Sahid kusuma prince Hotel Solo. It aims to know and understand all the operation of Madugondo Bar. During the job training, the writer took some activities such as serving the guests, preparing guest’s order and helping the bartender for offering the guests. The objectives are to describe the duties and responsibilities of Madugondo Bar employee, to describe equipment and services in Madugondo Bar and to describe the operation of Madugondo Bar in Sahid Kusuma Prince Hotel Solo. Bartender has the main duty to make beverages and follow the standard procedure. He also must keep area and equipment hygienic. The bar manager leads and organize beverage operation and also increases beverage selling. He has responsibilities of beverage stocks and activities and the operation in Madugondo Bar.
