ABSTRAKS
LatarBelakang:Bijiadasmanis (PimpinellaanisumL.) mengandungtrans-anethole, estragole, metileugenoldantanin yang telahdiketahuimemilikiefekantihelmintik. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuiefekantihelmintikekstraketanolbijiadasmanis (PimpinellaanisumL.) padaAscarissuumGoezein vitro.
MetodePenelitian:Penelitianbersifateksperimentallaboratorikdenganmenggunakandesainpenelitianthe posttest only controlled group. SubjekpenelitianadalahcacingAscarissuumGoezedewasa yang aktifbergerak.Teknik sampling yang digunakanadalahpurposive sampling.Subjekdibagikedalam 7 kelompok: NaCl 0,9% (kontrolnegatif), pirantelpamoat 5 mg/ml (kontrolpositif), ekstraketanolbijiadasmanis (Pimpinellaanisum L.) konsentrasi 200, 225, 250, 275, dan 300 mg/ml. Setiapkelompokterdiridari 5 cacing, ulangandilakukansebanyak 5 kali. Cacingdirendamdalamlarutanujisebanyak 100 ml dandiinkubasipadasuhu 37°C.Cacingdiamatisecara individual sampaimati, pengamatandihentikansetelahmatinyaseluruhcacingdalamkelompokperlakuan. Data berupawaktukematiansetiapcacingdianalisismenggunakanujinormalitasOne Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov, ujihomogenitasvariansi (LeveneTest), ujiparametrikOne Way ANOVA danujiPost Hoc LSD.
HasilPenelitian:HasilpengamatanreratawaktukematiansetiapcacingAscarissuumGoezekontrolnegatif0 jam, kontrolpositif 0,90±0,22 jam, konsentrasi 200, 225, 250, 275 dan 300 mg/ml berturut-turutselama 1,22 ±0,14 jam, 1,01±0,16 jam, 0,80±0,22 jam, 0,64±0,21 jam, dan0,61±0,19 jam. Hasilujinormalitasdanhomogenitasmenunjukkandistribusi data normal danhomogen.HasilujiOne Way ANOVA menunjukkanperbedaanreratawaktukematiancacingsignifikandarikeseluruhansampel, ujiPost Hoc LSD menunjukkanreratawaktukematiancacing yang signifikanterdapatpadakelompokkonsentrasi ≤ 250 mg/ml.
Simpulan:Ada efekantihelmintikekstraketanolbijiadasmanis (PimpinellaanisumL.) padaAscarissuumGoezein vitro.Efekantihelmintikpadakonsentrasi ≤ 225 mg/ml lebihrendahdaripadapirantelpamoat 5 mg/ml, danpadakonsentrasi ≥ 250 mg/ml lebihtinggidaripadapirantelpamoat 5 mg/ml.

ABSTRACT
Background: Aniseed (PimpinellaanisumL.) contain trans-anethole, estragole, methyleugenol and tannin that have been known to have anthelmintic effect. This study aimed to determine the anthelmintic effect of aniseed (PimpinellaanisumL.) ethanolic extract onAscarissuumGoezein vitro.
Methods:The study was a laboratory experimental research using the posttest only controlled group design. Subjects were adult AscarissuumGoeze. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Subjects were divided into 7 groups: NaCl 0,9% (negative control), pyrantelpamoate 5 mg/ml (positive control), aniseed ethanolic extract 200, 225, 250, 275 and 300 mg/ml. Each group consisted of 5 worms, replication performed 5 times. Worms immersed in the solution at 100 ml and incubated at 37°C. Observations of individual worms were made up until all worms in treated group dies. Mean death time of each worms were analyzed using One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, test of homogeneity of variances (Levene test), One Way ANOVA parametric test and LSD Post Hoc test.
Results:Mean death time of each wormsAscarissuumGoeze negative control was 0 hours, the positive control was 0,90±0,22 hours, concentration 200, 225, 250, 275 and 300 mg/ml were 1,22 ±0,14 hours, 101±0,16 hours, 0,80±0,22 hours, 0,64±0,21 hours, and 0,61±0,19 hours. Normality and homogeneity test showed normal distribution and homogeneity of the data. One Way ANOVA test showed the difference of mean death time were all significant on all group, LSD Post Hoc test showed the significant mean death time were found on group concentration ≤ 250 mg/ml.
Conclusion: Aniseed (PimpinellaanisumL.) ethanolic extract affects mortality of AscarissuumGoezein vitro. Anthelmintic effect on concentration ≤ 225 mg/ml was lower than that on pyrantelpamoate 5 mg/ml, and on concentration ≥ 250 mg/ml was higher than that on pyrantelpamoate 5 mg/ml.
