This research is explain the manifestation of the concept of Arab nationalism executed by Muammar Qadhafi and his efforts to realize the concept. The method used in this research is historical method and it is descriptively presented. The result of this research is in a form of Qadhafi ideology which its orientation is to achieve the unification of the Arab nations. The thought of Arab nationalism by Muammar Qadhafi emerges as a form of discontent toward foreign imperialism in various fields of life. Qadhafi initiated the efforts to realize the concept since Al-Fâtih Revolution occurred in 1969 until the establishment of the Federation of Arab Republic in 1972 and the Islamic Republic in 1974
