This final project report is written based on the job training at public
relation division of International Office UNS for three months.
The objectives of this final project report are to know the satisfaction level
of the overseas students and to describe the overseas students’ perception toward
city and culture orientation program provided by the International Office of UNS.
I used qualitative research as the research design. I did interview the internal and
external informants to collect the data. The result shows that most of the external
informants are satisfied with city and culture orientation program. In conducting
the program, the International Office found some problems such as some of the
overseas students were not really satisfied during the program. I also give some
suggestions to solve the problem such as the time management needs to be
improved, the schedule should be more realistic, and the officers of the
International Office can arrange more places in City and Culture Orientation
program and make sure that the program is prepared well before the program
begins.
I hope this final project report can be beneficial to the International Office
and the readers, especially those who are interested in public relation
