Pollution rate is Proportional with the number of citizen birth-growth in a city. If the number of
inhabitant in a city is growing, then the bigger potential of damage environment in that city. The
growing of inhabitant causes the increasing quantity and quality of the liquid waste that has
produced, because of it there’s a need for a better liquid waste installation because the old
installation is not optimal. This research is using questioner method and using technique
analysis of descriptive quantitative that giving a real and true images from the previously
indicator. A Sample of research is citizens in RT 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 /RW 04, Surodiprojan, Jebres
Surakarta that consist of 56 families from 100 families.
The Purpose of this research is to analyze the rate of flow liquid waste that flow in Pepe river so
the flood that keeps happening in Pepe river could be reduced or even stop it. In this research, the
most point that needs attention is waste data that comes from citizens, the rate of rain, the
number of citizens and hydrology data. The data that had been collect from a survey of citizens
in Sudiroprajan then being analyzed to get the total of the rate of flow from citizens waste. The
Rate of flow total must be count with rational equation and rate of rain using Gumbel Method.
The result that based on waste data and rate of rain data are already appropriate but citizens a
lack of awareness for a clean environment in Pepe River.
